Dr. hab. prof. UŚ Sebastian Kubica
Born in 1975 in Żywiec. In 1995, he graduated from the Julian Fałat State Secondary School of Fine Arts in Bielsko-Biała. He is a graduate of the Academy of Fine Arts in Kraków, Faculty of Graphic Arts in Katowice. He works in graphic design, drawing, illustration, graphic arts, and painting. He runs his own poster and illustration studio at the Institute of Fine Arts in Cieszyn, at the University of Silesia in Katowice. He has conducted lectures and workshops on graphic design for students at universities in Poland and abroad, including: in the Czech Republic, Hungary, Romania, Chile, China, Iceland, Panama, Mexico, and Cuba. He has held dozens of solo exhibitions and participated in hundreds of group presentations in Poland and abroad, including Hungary, Romania, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, France, Finland, Iran, China, the USA, Japan, Korea, Mexico, and Cuba. He is a member of AGI (Alliance Graphique Internationale).
